Dr. CHITRA.V., MBBS, DGO is a Consultant Gynecologist and Civil surgeon who has served at different levels of Tamilnadu Government services from Primary care /Public Health to District Medical services and Tertiary care level. She is heading the Well woman OPD & Master Health services for the past 15 years and has vast experience in Women health which is posing high risk in the lives of working class women. She is a GE certified sonologist with good experience in diagnosing PCOD also. She has identified the potential risks involved in the health of adolescent girls and young women ranging from Menstrual problems to Polycystic ovaries and surgical interventions needed for Chocolate cysts and Tubal Block related infertility disorders. She has experience with adequate patients who had reversed Metabolic syndrome by Dietary changes and Life style modifications.
