Aiwo is a Chennai based company. We continue to expand our services. You can access the Aiwo platform from anywhere in the world via smartphone, laptop, or desktop. Our supplement delivery is available across India, and our at-home testing is currently expanding to cover the whole country.

Who can use Aiwo products?

We design our products for anyone over the age of 18. Whether you don't get enough essential nutrients to enhance your health, or want to kick start your healthy ageing. Aiwo seeks to support you on your journey to better health. Whatever you need, whether it’s to fill in gaps in your diet, improve overall health and help manage some health conditions or training for an event, we have the supplements and tests to support you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipment is typically arranged within the same day of receiving your order. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please track your shipment with the tracking number. Please remember to check your email spam folder and add our email address to your email safe list.

How do I change my shipping address?

The shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. Login into your account and click on the edit tab under your order number. Alternatively, you can drop an email to info@aiwo.com with your updated address and order number.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can track your shipment using the tracking ID that will be sent to your registered email address once your item has been shipped.
