KetoFresh Quinoa
Ketofresh Quinoa is an edible seed and unique among whole grains because it contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein and a particularly excellent choice for vegetarians and vegans who are not obtaining amino acids from meat. It is also an excellent source of magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and folate. White quinoa has the most delicate taste and the lightest texture and it cooks up a bit fluffier than other types of quinoa. White quinoa works well as a substitute for rice in many dishes. Red quinoa has a richer taste, slightly chewier and heartier texture, and somewhat nuttier flavor compared to white quinoa. Both types of quinoa work great, but you may prefer one over another in particular dishes.
