TMG
Aiwo A-TMG contains 750mg Trimethylglycine (TMG) is extracted from the Beetroot. It is an amino acid derivative that occurs in plants also called glycine betaine. It is known to facilitate methylation processes and support healthy Homocysteine levels which is important for the health of the cardiovascular system. It protects the liver and raises S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) levels. It keeps cells hydrated and can stabilize proteins and membranes when environmental conditions are bad, such as drought, low temperatures, and high salt levels.
