Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you have used the AIWO Facebook application and would like to delete the data we have collected through your interaction with it, you can do so using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@aiwo.com with the following details:

  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request — Facebook App
  • Your Name: Full name associated with your account
  • Email Address: The email linked to your AIWO or Facebook account
  • Facebook Profile Name: Your name as it appears on Facebook

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Option 2: Remove via Facebook Settings

You can also remove AIWO's access to your Facebook data directly:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  3. Find AIWO in the list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove to revoke AIWO's access to your Facebook data.
  5. Optionally, check the box to delete all posts, photos, and videos that AIWO may have published on your behalf.

After you remove the app, send an email to privacy@aiwo.com referencing your Facebook profile name so we can also delete any data stored on our servers.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your Facebook account:

  • Name and Facebook profile information
  • Email address obtained via Facebook login
  • Any health or wellness preferences linked to your Facebook-authenticated session
  • Activity logs and interaction history from the AIWO Facebook application

What We May Retain

In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by applicable Indian law, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax or accounting compliance
  • Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our terms

Such retained data will be kept only for the legally mandated period and will not be used for any other purpose.

Processing Timeline

  • Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Data deletion is completed within 30 days of acknowledgement.
  • A confirmation email is sent once deletion is complete.
