1. Overview
AIWO is committed to delivering your wellness products safely, promptly, and transparently. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.aiwo.com and governs the delivery of our supplement products — including Omega-3, Curcumin, Ashwagandha, MCT Oil, and Olive Oil — across India and select international destinations.
2. Domestic Shipping — Pan India
2.1 Delivery Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metros, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and rural areas where courier services are available. To check if your pin code is serviceable, enter your delivery address at checkout.
2.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
2.3 Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 3 cities and rural areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical constraints, natural events, festive seasons, or courier delays. AIWO is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
2.4 Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹60 per order
- Express shipping (where available): ₹120 per order
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.1 Availability
Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders across eligible pin codes in India. COD availability is displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
3.2 COD Terms
- A COD handling fee of ₹30 may be applicable per order and will be shown at checkout.
- Please ensure the exact amount is kept ready at the time of delivery.
- AIWO reserves the right to cancel repeated COD orders where delivery was previously refused or returned.
- COD orders are not eligible for the same processing priority as prepaid orders.
If you are repeatedly unavailable to receive COD deliveries, AIWO may restrict COD as a payment option for your account.
4. International Shipping
4.1 Countries We Ship To
AIWO currently ships to select countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), South-East Asia, and other regions. Available countries and shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
4.2 International Processing & Delivery
- International orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Tracking information will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.
4.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and regulatory fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the AIWO product price or shipping charge and are solely the buyer's responsibility.
- AIWO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations for health supplements before placing an international order.
4.4 International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and applicable courier tariffs. The applicable charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and courier partner details
- A WhatsApp notification (if opted in) with live tracking updates

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
AIWO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at the time of order. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges will be applicable.
