Aiwo A-Berine contains 10% 500mg Berberine derived from Berberis Extract. Berberine is a bioactive compound with a long traditional ayurvedic medicinal value extracted from Plant source. It activates an enzyme inside cells called AMP- Adenosine Monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) which acts as a “metabolic master switch”. AMPK is found in the cells of various organs, including the brain, muscle, kidney, heart, and liver. This enzyme plays a major role in regulating metabolism.
